1. Industrial Relation Staff (Contract for Maternity Leave)
What you’ll be doing :
- Manage employment documentation and IR compliance, including contracts, agreements, letters, and official decrees.
- Prepare monthly IR/IRMA reports and perform annual IRMA corporate data updates.
- Implement company regulations, oversee disciplinary actions, and support Bipartite Cooperation activities.
- Handle travel arrangements, visas, related invoices, and monthly expense reports.
- Coordinate planning, execution, and reporting of CSR programs.
What we’re looking for :
- Bachelor degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial relations or employee relations role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Chemical Physics Operator
Tanggung Jawab Utama :
- Membuat reagen dan melakukan analisa sampel Raw Material, Proses, Finish Good, WTP dan WWTP sebagai penunjang terlaksananya proses produksi untuk mencapai hasil yang bermutu.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan min. SMK Kimia Analisis & Teknik Kimia Industri
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Chemical Physics Operator atau peran serupa di industri manufaktur.
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip kimia dan fisika serta kemampuan mengaplikasikannya dalam pengawasan kualitas produksi.
- Mahir dalam penggunaan peralatan dan instrumen laboratorium, serta memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat.
- Bersedia bekerja sistem 3 shift
3. Purchasing Sparepart Staff
What you’ll be doing :
- Carry out the procurement process of spare parts and general materials to fulfill the needs of each department, ensuring that the company’s operations run effectively and in line with established objectives.
- Handle purchasing activities related to projects, as well as repair services in civil, mechanical, and electrical areas.
What we’re looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers
- Experienced in handling projects and repair works in civil, mechanical, and electrical areas.
- Familiar with SAP system and Quantity Surveying practices
