1. Technical Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate, plan, and execute routine maintenance and operational activities for water/wastewater treatment equipment and systems.
- Monitor plant performance, conduct water quality checks, analyze operational trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for system owners.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical recommendations, system improvements, and modification solutions.
- Conduct regular visits to existing customer sites to ensure optimal system performance and maintain strong working relationships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Power Plants, Water & Wastewater Treatment systems, or related chemical operations.
- Practical experience in RO membrane replacement, RO & EDI CIP cleaning, MMF, ACF, and Softener media replacement.
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, including SWRO, BWRO, high-pressure boilers (Power Plants), cooling towers, and palm oil refinery systems.
- Familiarity with online monitoring equipment and performance analysis tools.
- Strong teamwork ability, with readiness to lead on-site operations when required.
- Willing to be placed in Palembang.
2. Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure low upset data across all treatment areas.
- Monitor and control chemical and reagent consumption.
- Communicate technical updates to customers and prepare weekly & monthly reports.
- Evaluate analysis results and field activities.
- Conduct industrial water parameter testing (WT/WWTP).
- Maintain company assets at the site.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks (e.g., PVC fitting, preventive maintenance).
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or chemical analysis.
- Proficient in computer operation (MS Office).
- Strong communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
- Technical understanding of water treatment applications is an advantage.

3. Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish strong, long-term customer relationships
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical/commercial support as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (written & spoken)
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes or water treatment/chemical applications is a plus
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia (Current openings: Semarang & Gresik)
