General Affairs Coordinator

  • As a General Affairs (GA) Staff, you will play an essential role in ensuring the company’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. From managing office facilities to coordinating administrative needs, you will help create a well-organized, safe, and comfortable work environment for all employees. This position offers a solid foundation for those looking to build a long-term career in office operations and administration.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Managing and maintaining office facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and service schedules with vendors
  • Handling office asset management and inventory control
  • Supporting administrative needs such as document management, meeting room arrangements, and office logistics
  • Monitoring office cleanliness, safety standards, and general workplace conditions
  • Processing and coordinating employee requests related to GA services
  • Assisting in procurement activities and vendor selection
  • Supporting company events, office activities, and operational projects

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Administration, Management, or related fields)
  • 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs or office administration (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management
  • High level of responsibility, integrity, and service-oriented mindset
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
