Qualification:

Job Description:

Lead and supervise multidisciplinary engineering teams across steel structure, EPC, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects to ensure seamless project execution.
Review, validate, and approve engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documents to meet project and regulatory requirements.
Develop engineering execution plans, design basis criteria, and project methodologies aligned with client specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve design issues, technical clarifications, and interface challenges.
Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with safety codes, quality standards, and local/international regulations.
Monitor engineering progress, manage design schedules, and ensure timely completion of deliverables based on project milestones.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight to engineering team members to enhance capability and efficiency.
Support procurement and construction teams by providing technical evaluations, material specifications, and design clarifications during project execution.

Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Law (Industrial / Business / Corporate Law major) from a reputable university.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate or industrial legal functions.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law, industrial relations, and labor law (UU No. 13/2003 and updates).
Experience handling industrial permits and factory compliance preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple government agencies.

Job Description:

Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, MOUS, NDAs, and subcontracts in accordance with Indonesian law and FIDIC/GCC standards.
Advise management on legal risks, disputes, regulatory implications, and business decision impacts.
Manage and ensure timely renewal of all company licenses, permits, and certifications (NIB, PBG, UKL-UPL, SBUJK, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, employment contracts, BPJS, and expatriate documentation (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS).
Liaise with Disnaker, BKPM, and local authorities regarding industrial, labor, and regulatory matters.
Handle disciplinary cases, legal notices, and represent the company during mediation or arbitration processes.
Monitor corporate legal risk, support internal audits, and maintain organized legal records, agreements, and litigation files.
Prepare legal compliance reports, provide regulatory updates, and coordinate with external legal counsel for complex matters.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in managing EPC/EPCM projects
Strong knowledge of SNI, American, and international engineering standards,
Proficient in project scheduling, S-curve development, BOQ preparation, budgeting.
Experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and reviewing technical designs and drawings.
Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience supervising construction teams. subcontractors, and vendors.
Familiar with heavy equipment operations, marine piling activities, fabrication processes.

Job Description:

Lead full-cycle project execution from engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, to commissioning.
Manage workshop, jetty, and port construction activities in compliance with SNI, American, and international EPCM standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams for technical reviews, approvals, and design validation.
Develop and monitor project schedules, S-curves, BOQs, and cash-flow reports per EPCM contract requirements.
Ensure adherence to FIDIC/GCC contract terms, project scope, and variation/change order procedures.
Oversee construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring quality, safety, and progress compliance.
Supervise heavy equipment mobilization, marine piling, steel structure works, conveyor/jetty installation, and port facility upgrades.
Manage client communication, resolve technical and project risks, and ensure proper handover with as-built and commissioning documentation.
